Songwriting

Our monthly Songwriting Workshops give our students the tools to create their own music. Students collaborate to write original music and lyrics inspired by unique prompts and activities while receiving feedback from our songwriting coach. 

"SongShare" is an annual project where students interview residents from local nursing homes and write songs inspired by the stories they share. At the end of the project, students perform their original songs Writer's Round style. Our 2025 SongShare project will begin in August.
