Hi friends! Welcome to Noteworthy Music!
My name is Megan Youngblood and I am the Founder and Owner of Noteworthy Music Nashville. In 2015, I taught my first guitar lesson to family friend who was dying to learn the latest Taylor Swift song. I never dreamed that one lesson would open the doors for me to create Noteworthy Music Nashville!

At Noteworthy Music, we believe that music is meant to be shared. Alongside of offering top notch private lessons, we strive to foster a community of young musicians that encourage one another and use their gifts to lift others up. We love to watch our students go from eager beginners to seasoned performers and would love to walk alongside your student in their musical journey!

A certified jack of all trades, Megan has a variety of musical interests that have been formative throughout her early career. Although you'll typically find her singing, she also plays guitar, mandolin, ukulele, bass, drums, and piano, along with recording, producing, and writing music. Her musical training stretches from Classical to Bluegrass to Pop. With her band, Erabellas, Megan has 100+ performance credits that include weddings, coffee houses, MLB stadiums, and the Grand Ole Opry stage. She was also featured on the PBS special "Christmas at Belmont" performing with the Belmont Bluegrass Ensemble in 2019. Megan has a Bachelors in Music Education from Belmont University, where she also studied Music Business. As a certified music teacher, she now teaches K-5 music in Williamson County Schools, alongside running "The Road Show", Nashville's mobile music scene (www.theroadshowtruck.com). She continues to grow in her passion for building confident musicians that dream big!
